字成庭,男,彝族,19860320日出生,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。云南省凤庆县人,中共党员。2015年毕业于云南大学植物学专业,获得理学博士学位。现工作于云南农业大学?普洱茶学教育部重点实验室。

研究方向:

1.新药相关研发:以天然来源的抗肿瘤活性分子为基础,针对性地进行结构优化,为该分子的成药性研究进行探索。

2.高原特色食品功能因子的开发与利用:利用食品化学基础,挖掘高原特色食品中的功能因子并对其进行进一步的开发与利用。

3.茶叶精深加工与品质化学研究:1)应用现代生物科学技术进行茶叶的精深加工与综合利用;2)运用化学、色谱学及现代分析仪器设备研究红茶、普洱茶的品质化学及质量标准。
