马啸
基本简介
马啸,男,教授,博士,汉族。
本科就读于大连工业大学食品科学与生物工程系,在中国工程院院士朱蓓薇教授指导下,对功能性食品机能解析等知识进行了理论学习。本科后赴日留学,考入日本京都大学人类环境学研究科・运动医学实验室,在日本著名的运动生理医学专家林达也(TATSUYA HAYASHI)教授指导下,从事天然药用植物活性成分对生活习惯病的预防和治疗作用的研究工作,特别着重探索对2型糖尿病的新型预防和治疗方法,获得京都大学硕士和博士学位。博士毕业后在京都大学和日本国立循环器病研究中心研究所担任研究员进行博士后研究工作,主要通过对各种疾病模型动物的干预实验,探索几种主要生活习惯病的新型治疗药物和预防手段。2012年4月被云南农业大学以海外人才的形式引进,任职于云南农业大学普洱茶学教育部重点实验室,主要从事天然植物机能性功效解析等工作。
