叶树芯 博士

叶树芯,博士,硕士生导师。H-指数16Scopus ID: 56047995900; ORCID: 0009-0004-4683-3910)。20247月毕业于华中农业大学,食品科学,获博士学位。20249月至今就职于云南农业大学食品科学技术学院,从事谷物加工及亲水胶体的营养设计相关研究。目前在《Trends in Food Science & Technology》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food & Function》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》等国际学术期刊发表论文20余篇(累计被引次数超640),其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇(中科院TOP论文9篇,含ESI高被引论文1篇)EI论文1篇。担任《Journal of Future Foods》青年编委;担任《Food Research International》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Food Chemistry》等期刊审稿人。

作为唯一指导教师,参加2025年中国大学生包装与食品工程创新创意大赛西部赛区区域赛(本科生组),获得二等奖和三等奖;参加2025年中国大学生包装与食品工程创新创意大赛决赛(本科生组)获得一等奖。
