叶树芯,博士,硕士生导师。H-指数16(Scopus
ID: 56047995900; ORCID: 0009-0004-4683-3910)。2024年7月毕业于华中农业大学,食品科学,获博士学位。2024年9月至今就职于云南农业大学食品科学技术学院,从事谷物加工及亲水胶体的营养设计相关研究。目前在《Trends in Food Science & Technology》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food & Function》、《International Journal of Biological
Macromolecules》、《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》等国际学术期刊发表论文20余篇(累计被引次数超640),其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇(中科院TOP论文9篇,含ESI高被引论文1篇),EI论文1篇。担任《Journal
